Return & Exchange Policy

At SportyChristmasByRoark.com, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Policy Duration

Our return policy lasts 45 days from the date of delivery. If 45 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Order Cancellation

All our products are custom-made. You can request an order cancellation or refund within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, we will check if your order is still eligible for cancellation. Once your order is in production or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

3. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
  • It must also be returned in its original packaging.

4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We take great care to ensure high-quality printing and on-time delivery. If you receive an item that meets any of the following conditions, we will offer a refund or replacement within 45 days:

  • The product is flawed or damaged.
  • The print quality is poor.
  • The item received is materially different from what you ordered.

Please email us at cs@sportychristmasbyroark.com with:

  1. Photo(s) clearly showing the issue.
  2. Your order number and/or the email used for your purchase.
  3. A short description of the problem.

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

5. Wrong or Misprinted Items

If you received an incorrectly printed or wrong item, we’ll reprint and resend it free of charge. Just email us with details and a photo of the issue at cs@sportychristmasbyroark.com. You do not need to return the incorrect item — you can keep it!

6. Size Issues

Because each product is made-to-order, we do not offer exchanges for incorrect sizes. Please check our size chart carefully before placing your order. If you wish to reorder another size, we can offer a discount on your new order — please contact us at cs@sportychristmasbyroark.com.

7. Wrong Address

If you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours. After that time, we cannot guarantee that the address can be updated because your order may already be in production or shipping.

8. Unauthorized or Ineligible Returns

Returns or exchanges for items that are used, washed, or damaged will not be accepted. Unauthorized returns will be forfeited. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is caused by our error.

9. Returns Processing Fee

Domestic Returns: $7
International Returns: $20

This fee covers restocking and the cost of the return shipping label.

10. Chargebacks

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us before filing a chargeback. We’re happy to resolve concerns directly.

If a chargeback is resolved in our favor, a $15 processing fee may be applied as per Shopify’s policy.
