I received the wrong shirt. What should I do?
Please email cs@sportychristmasbyroark.com with a photo of the item received. Once verified, we’ll send you the correct item at no extra charge. You don’t have to return the wrong one.
I received a damaged or defective product.
Please send us clear photos of the issue along with your order number at cs@sportychristmasbyroark.com.
Our team will review your case and offer the most suitable solution — such as a replacement, partial credit, or another resolution — depending on the situation.
I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange it?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept size exchanges since all products are made-to-order. You can contact us for a discount on a new order.
I entered the wrong address. Can I fix it?
Yes — contact us within 24 hours after placing your order. After that, we may not be able to make changes.
I want to cancel my order.
Please contact cs@sportychristmasbyroark.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your order will likely already be in production and cannot be canceled.
How long will my order take?
Production time usually takes 1–3 business days, depending on the product type. Shipping takes 2–10 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
I got my shipping notification but still haven’t received my order.
Please check your tracking link first. If the shipment is delayed or missing, contact us at cs@sportychristmasbyroark.com, and we’ll help you investigate with the courier.
